Tier I Field Technician

This position requires traveling to and supporting clients at their place of business concerning their IT needs. It will also include remote and in-shop support from the Glendora office. Workload will involve receiving, updating, and completing tasks from a ticketing system. Troubleshooting and the completion of tasks will often require the use of in-house tech tools and use of remote software.
The ideal candidate will also be able to work in tandem with team members by contributing to ideas and solutions.
Responsibilities of this position are, but not limited to, troubleshooting computer, printer, software, and network related issues. Providing documentation of troubleshooting steps taken and proposed within a ticketing system. Effectively communicate with team members of the processes towards solutions.
College education and/or technical training in the field of computer science and/or at least 4 years of equivalent work experience.
Certifications are not required but highly desirable.
